Born in Pavia, she graduated in Law with honors from the University of Pavia. She worked for Italian and foreign law firms, developing a consolidated expertise in commercial and corporate law, and during her career she has covered the role of chairperson or member of the Supervisory Bodies in Johnson & Johnson, Johnson & Johnson Foundation and Falck. She currently works as partner at Chiomenti law firm.

Born in Milan, he graduated magna cum laude in business administration from the Bocconi University of Milan and attends specialisation courses at New York University. He has developed significant expertise in capital markets and investment banking during his thirty-year experience in top investment banks, including Goldman Sachs International, Barclays, de Zoete Wedd and Credit Suisse. He also worked as a freelance consultant for large industrial groups between April 2006 and December 2007. He joined EQUITA in 2008 as Head of Investment Banking, and has been appointed CEO in 2017. He is also Vice Chairman of ASSOSIM, member of the stakeholder group of CONSOB, of the Advisory Board of Borsa Italiana and of the Board representing the Alumni Community of Bocconi University. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Blue Earth Diagnostics Ltd Blue Earth Therapeutics Ltd. 

Born in Cremona, she graduated in business administration at the University of Bergamo. Over the years, she has developed her expertise in finance, operations, financial services and banking, as CFO in several financial institutions, including BNL Investimenti, Banca Sara and the Italian branch of State Street. She currently serves as Executive Director at EQUITA Group, and as Group Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer.

Born in Milan, he graduated in business administration from the Bocconi University in Milan. For more than 20 years he served as co-head of the Equity Research departments and consolidated a strong knowledge of several industrial sectors, financial markets, investors and valuation models. From 2017 he has moved to the Alternative Asset Management division, first as Co-Head and then as Managing Partner. He currently serves as Executive Director at EQUITA Group and as Managing Partner at EQUITA Capital SGR.

Born in Milan, after two years of experience as a mercantile marine deck officer at Costa Armatori, Francesco graduated with honors in Business Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan and completed his academic training by attending a specialization course at the New York University. After joining Euromobiliare S.p.A. (later to become EQUITA SIM) in February 1985, he led the company’s transformation into a securities brokerage firm. Since 1989 he is in charge of the Equity Markets department. Since 1992, following the expansion of Equita SIM's activities, he has also been involved in Equity Capital Market (ECM) and Advisory activities. From 1992 to 2017 he was Managing Director (and since 1994 also Chief Executive Officer) of EQUITA SIM. He was a member, from April 1996 to December 1997, of the steering committee of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and, since April 2017, of its Board of Directors. He has been a member of the ASSOSIM executive committee from 1994 till 2017.

Born in Milan, he started in the Pirelli Group working both in Italy and abroad, especially in the UK. After ten years he moved to Metropolitana Milanese managing the "Planning" area. From 1980 to 1986 he managed different companies in the manufacturing and real estate sectors as  Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Then he had different roles as top manager and Chief Executive Officer in several companies.  He is Cavaliere del Lavoro, Cavaliere di Gran Croce al Merito della Repubblica Italiana, and Gentiluomo di Sua Santità.

Born in Milan, Fabio graduated in Economics and Social Sciences (DES) from the Bocconi University in Milan. He joined Equita in 1991, as head of the trading floor, a role he maintained until 2018. He has served as a member of the board of directors of companies of the Equita Group and is currently Vice-Chairman of Equita SIM.
