Stefania Milanesi

Born in Cremona, she graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Bergamo.

Over the course of her career, she has developed extensive experience in finance, operations and financial services, serving as Chief Financial Officer at leading institutions, including BNL Investimenti, Banca Sara and the Italian branch of State Street. In these roles, she built broad expertise across accounting, taxation, financial planning, human resources and operational management, also contributing to domestic and international group reorganization projects.

She joined EQUITA in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2023, she has served as Executive Director of EQUITA Group and holds the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, contributing to the definition of the Group’s strategy and overseeing the main administrative, human resources and operational functions.

Currently, she serves as board member of Fondazione EQUITA, the non-profit organization dedicated to promoting social, cultural and financial education initiatives.
