Continuing education and training
At EQUITA we put people first.
The focus is on the development of professional careers as well as hard and soft skills. We offer training programs addressed to all professionals and for all levels of seniority. Education includes on-site courses, webinars and specific training programs in partnership with prestigious international universities.
In addition to this, EQUITA offers job rotation programs across the different Group's departments, to allow younger resources to understand how the entire "investment bank" works.
State-of-the-art corporate wellfare
