Cantine Ermes, founded in Santa Ninfa (Trapani) in July 1998, is an agricultural cooperative society that associates 2,708 winegrowers and is active in wine production with more than 14,000 hectares of vineyards managed with its producer members. This makes it, by number of hectares, the largest first-tier wine cooperative in Italy. Cantine Ermes operates in six regions: Sicily (the main area where the Company was born and began to develop), Veneto, Puglia, Abruzzo, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy, and today, 25 years later, it is an innovative, dynamic and world-oriented reality, producing 18 million bottles distributed in 42 countries.
