Milan, November 22nd, 2022 – Revo Insurance S.p.A. – company resulting from the merger by incorporation of REVO S.p.A. in Elba Assicurazioni S.p.A – on November 21st announced the start of trading of its ordinary shares and allotment rights on the regulated market Euronext Milan, STAR segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

The move to the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana is the latest step in the company’s growth path that started in May 2021 with the listing of SPAC REVO on the Euronext Growth Milan.

The SPAC vehicle – the first in Italy with a focus on the insurance segment - raised €220m from an audience of investors of absolute relevance on capital markets, including three Cornerstone Investors - Fondazione Cariverona, SCOR and Vittoria Assicurazioni - still invested in the share capital of the company.

In July 2021, a few months after the IPO, REVO announced a business combination with Elba Assicurazioni, completed in November 2021. Today, REVO Insurance reaches its listing target on the STAR segment, completing in just 18 months the goal set at the IPO.
