Kerself is listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, with a market capitalization of Euro 175 million, is a leading Italian group in the production of photovoltaic cells and modules and the installation of photovoltaic systems in Italy.

Ecoware is a company specializing in the installation of large photovoltaic systems, with an order backlog of more than 70 Mwatts--that is, about Euro 300 million in sales--to be executed in southern Italy over the next 18 months.
