Axa Private Equity is an independent private equity investment firm based in France, is one of the largest private equity funds based in Europe.

The Idroma Group, through Duplomatic Automazione and Duplomatic Oleodinamica, is active in the industrial automation sector.

Duplomatic Automazione manufactures and markets lathe turrets with an expected 2008 turnover of 21 million euros with an Ebitda of about 3.6 million euros; it is a historic brand and well known worldwide for its high degree of technology and reliability. Most of its production is marketed in Asian countries.

Cape Natixis Due (CNDUE) is a closed-end fund under Italian law that has raised Euro 195 million to invest again in buy-outs and expansion capital in companies concentrated in northern Italy.
CNDUE Fund's investors are Italian and foreign institutional investors.
