Milan, 13 September 2022 – ALA S.p.A. – group listed on Borsa Italiana’s multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Milan, among the global leaders in integrated logistics services and in the distribution of products and components for the aviation and aerospace industry – has signed a binding agreement to acquire the Iberian group SCP – Sintersa, among the leaders in Spain in the distribution of electric wiring systems and in the design and production of interconnected systems for the aerospace, defence, railway and industrial sectors.

With this acquisition, ALA confirms the importance of inorganic growth within the group’s strategy and enters the Spanish market which now adds to the Italian, French, German, UK, Israeli and US markets already served.
