Silvia Demartini

Born in Turin, she obtained a Master’s degree in International Trade from the Centro Estero of the Piedmont Chambers of Commerce (now the Centro Estero per l’Internazionalizzazione).

After several professional experiences in administrative roles, she began her career in 1990 at Fenera Holding, a newly established Turin-based holding company with diversified activities in Italy and abroad. Since 2001, she has served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance and Investments, with responsibility for corporate, legal and tax affairs, financial reporting, and the analysis and oversight of equity holdings and investments.

A member of the Board of Directors of Fenera Holding since 2009, she also holds positions in numerous group companies and investees. Over the course of her career, she has developed significant experience and expertise in the financial sector, with exposure to both public and private markets.

She currently serves as an Independent Director of EQUITA Group, in accordance with the criteria set out in the Corporate Governance Code of Borsa Italiana.
