Equita is an independent Italian investment bank, a reference partner for Italian companies and institutional investors, with 45 years of experience in the financial sector.
Equita in brief
The origins of Equita date back to 1973, when Euromobiliare was incorporated, one of the first independent and merchant banks in Italy active in capital markets and investment banking.
Over the years, partnerships with several commercial banks enabled Equita to refine its skills and consolidate its institutional relationships, leading to establish a partnership with a financial investor, supported by a management team, in 2007.
In 2015 management began a reorganisation process, completed in 2017, with which it took over the entire Equita’s stake and become the independent investment bank we currently know, controlled directly by its management.
Equita distinguishes from other players for its independence, expertise and relationships in the financial field. Independent advisory and in-depth knowledge of capital markets credit Equita among national and international institutional investors, placing it in a unique position within the Italian market, with a particular focus on small and mid-cap companies.
